areaThe City of Sandpoint seeks qualified consultants to facilitate a site specific broad based greater Sandpoint area community visioning process for the University of Idaho owned 77-acre parcel located at 2105 N Boyer Ave in Sandpoint, Idaho.

The City will consider proposals from a single consultant or from multiple consultants working as a team, though a prime consultant is highly desired in the case of the latter. The ideal consultant will have ample experience with public outreach and land use planning that involves a variety of stakeholder and public sector agency involvement.  The City prefers firms with experience working with municipalities and rural communities like Sandpoint.  Experience with public-private partnerships is also preferred.
