CITY ATTORNEY - The City of Sandpoint is seeking a full-time City Attorney to start in April 2010.

Starting salary range:  $32.80 to $34.68/hr. DOE/DOQ

Candidates must be licensed as an attorney in the State of Idaho (or qualified to be licensed with reciprocity). Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, a minimum of 4 years of civil local government law, experience in land-use planning law, experience in labor and employment law, and criminal prosecution and procedure knowledge.
