the City of Sandpoint Building Division web site.
This site is intended to provide information commonly
available at our offices and enables on-line access to
this information as a resource and convenience to the
general public and our clients.
The
Building Division is headed by the Building Official.
Building Division functions include Building Official
hearings, facilitating pre-development conferences, plan
review, issuing permits, performing building, mechanical,
and safety inspections, and issuing Certificates of
Occupancy.
This site
