The Street Division is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of all persons and goods on the public road regardless of weather conditions. The Division is part of the Public Works Department and is responsible for:

  • Encroachment and cut permits Street maintenance         
  • Street cleaning
  • The storm water system
  • Bridge maintenance
  • Ice and snow removal
  • Leaf-branch cleanup and City wide cleanup
  • Signs and markings
  • Urban Area Transportation Plan (under construction)
  • Street lighting
